Diane is the Practice Manager for the team. Diane has been with working with Phil since 1996. As Practice Manager, Diane oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice. She is responsible for implementing processes and procedures that have enhanced the practice and has enabled the practice to deliver seamless client service. Diane has been consistently recognized by other Lincoln Home Office employees as one of the best in her field.
Additionally, Diane has been recognized as “Assistant of the Year” by the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, NAIFA. She has also been recognized nationally by Lincoln Financial Advisors as one of the top 5 Planner’s Assistants in the country and in 2014 was recognized as Planner Assistant of the Year at a National Conference. * She has also served on the Advisory Board for the annual meeting of Assistants and Practice Managers at Lincoln Financial Advisors.
Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
In her spare time Diane enjoys being active by golfing, playing tennis, and running. She is also an avid sports fan, cheering mostly for the Cleveland Indians and the Ohio State Buckeyes football team. Diane is a lifetime resident of the Cleveland area and currently resides in Twinsburg. She is the proud grandmother of twin boys.
